In 2012, Diane joined Gallagher Benefit Services as a Client Executive specializing in the large group marketplace. Diane entered the insurance industry in 1999 working for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma in the Group Marketing Department. Diane worked all group employee market segments (2-9, 10-99, 100+) during her 13 year tenure Blue Cross.
In 2004, upon completion of a three course progrom on how to advise clients on their health insurance needs, Diane achieved her Registered Health Underwriter, RHU, designation.
With over two decades of service within the industry, Diane has become a leader in her field. receiving such prestigious industry awards like the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP) Presidential Citation Award that emphasizes chapter leaderhip. In 2009, Diane was named the NABIP Oklahoma City Chapter Person of the Year. In 2020, Diane was named as the NABIP Oklahoma State Chapter Person of the Year. Diane contiues to be on the Board of Directors at the Local and State Levels of the NABIP and has been an active member since 1999. Her commitment to strategic solutions, excellent communication skills, and strong customer relationships assist her while she collaborates with the Benefit Consultants to find clients' custom solutions.
Diane loves spending time with her husband, Greg and daughter, Ally. She is a huge fan of college basketball, with her favorite time of the year being march Madness! Rock Chalk Jayhawk! Go KU!

Jennifer Helms

Jennifer is an Employee Benefits Consultant with over 20 years of experience. Her goal is to ensure her clients receive outstanding, impressionable service. Jennifer enjoys helping employers navigate the maze of offering employee benefits and providing information to help them make profitable decisions based on their own needs and desires for their employees.
Jennifer joined INSURICA in 2022. Prior to that, Jennifer had been on the agency side for 18 years of her experience, with a four-year stint on the carrier side. Jennifer has also been very active in the insurance industry and has served on the local and state boards of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals.

Cindy Marie Ramirez

Mrs. Ramirez has worked for CommunityCare HMO for over 17 years. CommunityCare is dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective health care management services in the communities it serves. Mrs. Ramirez has served in many roles from Customer Service, Claims, Departmental Liaison/Lead and now Marketing Account Manager at CommunityCare.
Mrs. Ramirez has served on the Tulsa NABIP for over 4 years. She sees the concomitants and values that NABIP has to offer for brokers and carriers to succeed in the industry.
In her spare time she attends her local church of Healing Grace. She is the main worship leader at her church, helping develop new worshipers in the youth team and is a vocal teacher at Iglesia Hispana Victory.
